Peter Gratton, at Society & Space’s online site, has put together a collection of papers on Turkey previously published in the various Environment and Planning journals. He also asked me to write something about the events in Turkey from my perspective, which I was happy to do and which is just posted online. My piece is called “Seeking Democracy.” Thanks to Peter for his efforts and for his invitation. He was a pleasure to work with.
